Living in Humboldt County for most of her life, Amanda has deep roots and a rich, diverse history that connect her to the community she serves. Growing up in Ferndale on Main Street at the Candy Stick Art Gallery, and later graduating from Oregon Health and Sciences University with a BS in Dental Hygiene, Amanda’s journey has always been defined by dedication, care, and attention to detail. After raising her two sons in McKinleyville alongside her long-time husband, Mike, Amanda’s bond with this beautiful region has only strengthened over the years.

For the past 15 years, Amanda and her husband, Mike, have successfully built and managed their own personal rental portfolio. Her vast experience in the industry is complemented by her passion for delivering exceptional, personalized service. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Amanda takes immense pride in maintaining properties and ensuring that her tenants are not only legally protected but also personally cared for.
